Took my Cane Corso in for an allergic reaction he was having. Dr. Lane and the assistant were so caring and loving to Indy. They were very thorough and I didn't feel like I was being upsold like i do at other vet offices
We found out about Trinity Animal Hospital through one of our close friends and during that time we did not have a dog 🐾 but when we decided to make the decision to get a dog 🐶 Trinity would be our Animal Hospital of choice.
After we rescued our dog, Oakley I scheduled an appointment by phone with Trinity. They were kind and made me feel at ease about bring our dog there. They told me all of the paperwork I needed etc.
I went in for my appointment and I love how modern the facility was. The staff was amazing made me feel welcomed and Oakley was scared but after they gave him treats he calmed down which was nice!
Also, I ended up going back a few of times after that one for a bath, next a hotel stay, then a grooming + spa bath! Each time was great! Overall very happy with my experience at Trinity Vet it’s a great fit for Oaks. Photos are before spa bath + grooming and after spa bath + grooming
I have been to many vets over the years and by far Dr. K is the best vet I have ever seen. She was absolutely amazing and provided my dog with the best care possible, she went above and beyond. She was compassionate, friendly, took time to explain everything she was doing and made sure both my dog and I were comfortable every step of the way. She was not in a hurry she took the time to ensure that my dog got the exceptional care she deserved. I cannot sing her praises enough, her natural caring nature truly touched me. The staff was friendly and professional, their check-in and check-out process is easy and quick. The office was perfectly clean, I have nothing but excellent things to say about Trinity. Dr. K even called me a couple of days later to follow up to see how we were because we had to make a very difficult decision. I could not have had a better experience and I am so thankful that I found Trinity and Dr.K.
Followed Dr. Sweet here from another vet office. We love her-- she is a perfect fit for us & our 15 y.o. dog Pepper. She is knowledgeable, kind, and spends the time needed to answer questions. It has been a great experience to work with her at Trinity-- all of the staff are exceptional and do a great job. Could not ask for more-- we feel very glad to have such a compassionate team helping us with this more challenging stage of our dog's life.
I am deeply disappointed with the grooming experience my beloved AussieDoodle puppy received at Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs, NC.
This recent experience at Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs has left me with mixed feelings. While I appreciate their effort to provide grooming services, the outcome was far from satisfactory and has caused significant distress to my beloved pet and me.
I entrusted my beloved 11-month-old cheerful and playful AussieDoodle puppy to Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs for what should have been a routine summer cut. I specifically communicated my expectations for a gentle detangling and trim, removing knots, leaving hair on her head and not shaving her completely. Unfortunately, my puppy was returned to me almost completely bald, with only eyelashes, hair on ears; and the tip of her tail remaining.
Without my consent or prior communication, my puppy was completely shaved to the skin. This drastic decision not only destroyed her teddy-bear appearance, for which AussieDoodles are famous for, two weeks before her first birthday anniversary. What's even more concerning is the visible cuts and uneven shaving that were evident on her skin. To make matters worse, my puppy was trembling and stressed when I picked her up, and her behavior indicated that she had experienced significant distress during her time at the salon.
The grooming process seemed to deviate drastically from what was discussed, and my puppy's physical and emotional state were severely compromised as a result. The experience has left her visibly scared, and in a state of discomfort.
Since the grooming, my once cheerful and joyful puppy has been shivering, displaying signs of distress, and even regressed in her house training, peeing on the carpet. The emotional toll this experience has taken on both of us is immeasurable.
While the partial refund provided a minor consolation, it hardly addresses the emotional trauma my pet endured. As my emotional support and service animal in training, her well-being is of utmost importance to me. Five days after the grooming, she would always lean towards me, never leaving site of me, would curl next to me wherever I go, and starts whining when left along even if for a moment.
The offer of a "free skin test" falls short of addressing the severe cuts and emotional trauma inflicted upon my pet.I enclose before and after photos of my little Sandy Gioia. My friends and neighbors ask me if I got a new dog, and all I can say is that this is Sandy after being groomed at Trinity Animal Hospital. Nobody is laughing at that, people just keep wondering how can someone intentionally destroy the appearance of the breed and cause so much trauma to a small puppy.
I hope that Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs takes these concerns seriously and makes efforts to improve their communication and handling of pets. Pet owners deserve to feel confident in the care their animals receive, and my recent experience has shaken that confidence.
I would urge others to carefully consider their options before choosing Trinity Animal Hospital in Holly Springs for grooming services. It is my hope that my review will raise awareness and lead to improvements in their practices.
Sincerely,
Nataliia Berezhna
I rescued a dog and was extremely matted. Took her to Trinity veterinary hospital and they did an amazing job. She looked like another dog. She was clean and happy. Thanks to them for taking her the next day and make her look like a new dog.
Trinity Animal Hospital's unique triad approach of hospital + pet + pet owner should be set as the gold standard for veterinary medicine. Dr. Richardson guided me through the very emotional, difficult decision to euthanize our precious 6 year old kitty, Hiccup. The diagnosis came suddenly and very unexpectedly. I was overwhelmed with the decision placed before me. Dr. Richardson and his staff took a great deal of time with me to discuss options. We talked about what was best for Hiccup and what was best for our family. Unfortunately, I've lost many dear pets over the years but I have never experienced the compassion, care, and absolute love offered by Trinity. I was never rushed to make a decision. I was never discouraged from my endless questions. I was allowed time alone to think about my options, call family members, and wrap my head around the unexpected diagnosis. Hiccup and I both were treated with grace, dignity, and the greatest level of compassion. My most sincere, heart-felt thanks to Dr. Richardson and his exceptional staff.

I have been going to Trinity Animal Hospital for 15 plus years. Always a positive experience BUT now they are owned by a larger company and the service and care is truly amazing. I can't say enough positive things...so thorough, so caring!
